A lot of good advice. Funny, she uses hiking at Breakneck Ridge as an analogy. That's where I badly broke my ankle 25 years ago (but not my neck, thankfully). I still have an ankle full of hardware holding it together (a metal plate and 9 pins). I can probably work that into an analogy, too!
